David Huffman-Gottschling

David Huffman-Gottschling is a 1999 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Huffman-Gottschling worked as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board. He has handled representation matters and unfair labor practice matters before the National Labor Relations Board and the Illinois State Labor Relations Board, and he regularly represents labor unions in grievance arbitrations and before other federal and state agencies.

His litigation experience allows him to undertake complex litigation on behalf of labor and employee benefit fund clients and individual employees in both federal and state courts.

Mr. Huffman-Gottschling is admitted in Illinois (1999), the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
