M. Garrett Hohimer
M. Garrett Hohimer is a 2006 graduate of Notre Dame
Law school.
Mr. Hohimer has experience with ERISA collection
litigation, including delinquent contributions,
withdrawal liability, and subrogation matters;
EEOC discrimination claims; NLRB unfair labor
practice claims; grievance arbitrations and appeals;
disability claims and appeals; and appeals of
unemployment benefit determinations.
Mr. Hohimer also assists in drafting collective
bargaining agreements, revising and amending employee
benefit plan trust agreements, and drafting summary
plan descriptions.
Mr. Hohimer is admitted to practice in the State
of Illinois (2007), and the U.S. District Courts
for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
