We also represent clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as in federal and state courts.

We also represent individuals and classes of individuals in employment discrimination matters including sexual harassment, race/ethnic discrimination, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family & Medical Leave Act.
